What are you opening times?
We are open fron 7am to 6pm
Do you pay for public holidays?
Yes
When do payment need to be made?
1st of every month. Please note that late payment attracts a fine.
Safety: How do we grant access to the school?
The setting is situated in a well secured environment with two security checks before getting to the settings gate. Every visitor signs a visitors book at the gate before being allowed in. There is CCTV monitoring as well.
What do the kids need to bring with them?
All children will need to bring in nappies, wipes, food, water, change of clothes, and any other comfort object or toy from home. Every other thing needed in the rooms will be provided.
Is there a dailly plan?
Yes, we provide flexible childcare plans depending on individual needs.
Can fees be refunded or used towards another time if my child is absent?
No, all fees paid are nonrefundable and non-transferable.
